THE ROLE

REFY Beauty is looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Lead to oversee and optimise operations across the entire Marketing function. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for how marketing and creative work is planned, briefed, produced, approved and launched - globally.

You’ll partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, Performance and regional teams to bring clarity, structure and scalability to a fast-moving environment. The goal: enable teams to move quickly, creatively and consistently, without losing quality, brand integrity or cultural relevance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, loves building systems from scratch, and understands how great creative work actually gets made in a global beauty brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead marketing and creative operations end-to-end, defining how campaigns, launches and content move from idea to execution
  • Build and maintain clear global-to-local workflows for briefing, localisation, approvals, production and launch
  • Lead from an operations side end-to-end for VM and fixture rolls outs
  • Establish scalable planning cadences and decision frameworks across marketing teams
  • Partner with Creative and Brand Marketing to ensure briefs are clear, prioritised and set up for success
  • Shape how REFY works with regional teams, agencies and partners, ensuring efficiency and brand consistency
  • Bring structure to fast-paced environments, balancing speed with creative excellence
  • Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working
  • Act as a key cross‑functional connector between Marketing, Creative, Product, Legal and Leadership
  • Support international growth by designing systems that scale with the business
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, creative operations or international marketing roles
  • Deep understanding of creative, design and marketing workflows, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle
  • Proven experience building global-to-local operating models in fast‑growing brands
  • Experience managing localisation and transcreation workflows, including agency and vendor partnerships
  • Strong systems thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguity and structure to creative chaos
  • Confident cross‑functional partner with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones, cultures and markets
  • High level of autonomy, ownership and problem‑solving ability
  • Experience building functions, programs or workflows from the ground up
