Responsibilities- Support the delivery of dynamic, engaging campaigns across email, events, direct mail, social media and content.
- Help launch new propositions and product features that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.
- Build and optimise customer journeys across the member lifecycle – from onboarding to retention.
- Create and improve email communications to boost engagement and support our digital ambitions.
- Encourage adoption of our digital products, including the My Bupa app and Blua digital healthcare.
- Support the delivery of renewal, win‑back and reinstatement campaigns for our sales teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and compliant.
- Manage marketing assets and ensure all activity meets financial promotions standards.
- Work closely with sales, product, service and the wider marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- Detail‑oriented, organised and ambitious
- A creative problem solver and strong team player
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Degree‑level education or equivalent
- Understanding of customer touchpoints and the marketing mix
- Experience writing briefs and working with agencies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience marketing to consumers or small businesses is a plus
- Healthcare marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
