Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Stretford

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days from home)

At Prospa, we’ve spent the last 5 years building a high-performance eCommerce growth agency focused on driving profitable, sustainable growth for 7-figure DTC brands.

Alongside client delivery, Prospa’s continued success depends on a strong internal growth engine. One that consistently generates demand, builds authority, and supports new business.

That’s where this role comes in.

Why Prospa?

Prospa operates across three core fulfilment teams. Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention. We support some of the UK’s most exciting DTC brands.

As we scale, marketing Prospa itself needs to run as a reliable, repeatable system. Not ad-hoc activity driven by individuals.

The Marketing Manager role exists to:

  • Own Prospa’s marketing engine end to end
  • Ensure consistent output across all channels
  • Support pipeline growth and new business acquisition
  • Build and develop an industry-leading marketing ecosystem

You will work closely with the Growth Director, manage our Creative Executive, and collaborate across sales, partnerships, and fulfilment.

Prospa is a team of 30+ based in Trafford Park, Manchester, with hybrid working (2 days from home), a strong office culture, and regular team events.

We invest heavily in training, development, and long-term progression.

This role is for an operator, not a pure creative. Someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and shipping.

Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership and Operations
  • Take full ownership of Prospa’s marketing engine, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all channels.
  • Own the marketing roadmap, Activation Roadmap, campaign timelines, and delivery cadence.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is tied directly to Prospa’s Ideal Customer Profile, maintaining lead quality and commercial relevance.
  • Translate growth strategy into clear execution plans and priorities.
  • Ensure marketing runs as a system, not a series of one-off efforts.
Activation Roadmap Ownership
  • Own the Activation Roadmap as the single source of truth for Prospa’s entire marketing ecosystem.
  • Plan and maintain a calendar-led roadmap covering all channels the agency operates.
  • Add, sequence, and manage campaigns and initiatives to drive reach, authority, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure marketing activity is coordinated and compounding across paid, organic, email, partnerships, events, and sales.
  • Set clear timelines and delivery expectations, holding teams accountable to deadlines and resourcing.
  • Maintain a rolling 6-month forward plan, remaining agile to performance insights, market shifts, and new opportunities.
Campaigns and Channels
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns including:
  • Paid Ads
  • Webinars
  • Partner co-marketing campaigns
  • Own Prospa’s newsletter strategy, calendar, production, and performance.
  • Manage organic distribution across email, partners, and amplification channels.
  • Own website updates including case studies, blogs, landing pages, and resources.
CRM, Tracking, and Performance
  • Own marketing operations within Hub Spot including:
  • Campaign setup
  • Workflows and automations
  • Reporting
  • Ensure clean attribution, UTMs, and lifecycle tracking across all marketing activity.
  • Monitor marketing performance from lead through to pipeline impact.
  • Report insights back into planning and prioritisation.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Line-manage the Creative Executive, providing clear briefs, timelines, priorities, and feedback.
  • Run regular internal meetings with sales and marketing to ensure alignment between demand generation and pipeline needs.
  • Provide a weekly performance and activity report to the Growth Director, covering:
  • Activity shipped
  • Performance against goals
  • Risks and blockers
  • Coordinate closely with the Growth Director on strategy, goals, and performance.
  • Work with sales to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline quality and conversion.
  • Coordinate with partners on co-marketing execution.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience operating within an agency or fast-paced B2B or eCommerce environment is essential.
  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
  • Strong operational mindset, comfortable managing complexity and multiple channels.
  • Hands‑on…
