Salary:
Up to £40,000

We are seeking dynamic Marketing Executives to join our client’s expanding marketing team in various UK locations. This exciting role spans both Growth Marketing and Brand Content, focusing on engaging active customers to boost retention while enhancing the brand’s presence on social media. Ideal candidates are eager to develop their brand-building expertise, data-driven, and skilled at project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase average order value and product engagement.
  • Execute print marketing communications to enhance customer retention and drive orders.
  • Support active customer communication campaigns through CRM platforms across multiple channels.
  • Manage the marketing inbox and collaborate with suppliers to create social media content, driving brand awareness.
  • Coordinate competitions, including content scheduling and offer code creation for brand partnerships.
  • Participate in weekly social content meetings and monthly performance analyses.
  • Monitor social media channels, reporting on trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse customer feedback via Trustpilot and other platforms to inform improvements.
  • Track and evaluate the success of campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Create promotional codes and offers to enhance customer engagement.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous marketing experience in a client-side or agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent learning.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-focused, ensuring campaigns align with strategic objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling content for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platforms, with a proactive approach to feedback and opportunities.
