We’re looking for a talented, ambitious Copywriter to drive creative copywriting and brand storytelling across REFY Beauty’s marketing, campaigns, e-commerce and product launches.

Working closely with the Brand Marketing team and Creative, you’ll help shape how REFY shows up across all consumer touchpoints - from social-first storytelling and campaigns to product copy, e-commerce and brand communications. This is a varied, fast-paced role for a strong 360 thinker who understands how to balance creativity, clarity and commercial impact.

You’ll play a key role in translating REFY’s vision into clear, ownable and compelling copy that resonates with our global community.

• Write engaging, on-brand copy across all channels, including:
  • Campaigns and product launches
  • Website and e-commerce
  • Email marketing
  • Paid and organic social
  • Packaging and in-store materials
  • Product and retails staff training materials
  • Internal comms materials
• Support 360 campaign ideation, working collaboratively with Brand Marketing and Creative
• Own and develop the brand copy guidelines, for internal and external use
• Maintain and evolve the REFY tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling messaging that feels modern, confident and community-led
• Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand alignment
• Review content performance with stakeholders and adapt approach to improve conversion
