IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency specialising in Influencer Partnerships with US/UK Lifestyle and entertainment brands. We collaborate with a roster of top-performing content creators across all platforms, empowering them to turn their passion for content creation into successful careers. While our creators focus on producing exceptional content, we handle the business side, helping them monetize their work effectively. Over the past two years, we’ve worked with top brands and creators, executing campaigns for industry leaders such as Holafly, MyHeritage, Hello Fresh, Revolut UK, and more.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Influencer Assistant to support our Influencers and pipeline. This remote, full time role guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs as hours may increase or decrease. The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of initiative in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities
  • Influencer Discovery
    • Conduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day.
    • Identify and vet 25 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.
    • Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach.
    • Automate outreach by funneling vetted influencer data through tools like Instantly.
    • Execute 25 influencer outreaches daily, ensuring personalized and effective communication.
    • Maintain strong relationships with creators and agency contacts to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Regularly update the outreach CRM with details of interested creators and track campaign performance.
    • Qualify creators for roster inclusion based on performance and compatibility.
    • Prevent duplication by adding vetted influencers to the master outreach tracker.
  • Influencer Database and CRM Management
    • Update and manage the database for all creators moved forward from outreach efforts.
    • Analyze creators’ content to identify key metrics and insights, ensuring data accuracy.
    • Continuously expand the roster, targeting a 25% monthly growth rate.
    • Perform monthly CRM maintenance and repair to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Organize and document all creator stats and relevant data to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Adapt to evolving priorities and remain flexible in completing tasks to meet business needs.
    • Provide regular updates and communicate progress effectively to the CEO and leadership team.
    • Maintain an organized and efficient approach to influencer discovery, outreach, and database management to support the overall growth of the agency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as an Influencer expert, preferably somebody that understands latency and operations.
    • Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments.
  • Skills
    • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Professional Attributes
    • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and accuracy.
    • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all aspects of work.
    • Ability to make independent, informed decisions and effectively prioritize tasks.

Hours & Availability

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. Core Hours are 9am-1pm UK Time. Availability:
Flexible is there as long as the work is done. Flexible working hours - as long as tasks are completed. Fully remote:
No commute or additional costs (future potential for an office).
