OverviewWe are looking for a passionate, charismatic, and professional Account Director to lead the day-to-day delivery of social-first and influencer campaigns across a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Business Director, you will manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring campaigns are set up for success and delivered to the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational precision, creative execution, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for translating strategy into action, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team delivers impactful, on‑brand work that drives results. You will ideally be someone who can run the day to day autonomously and enjoys the pace of an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategy- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign plans and timelines.
- Support AMs/Lead campaign kick-offs, manage day‑to‑day execution, and ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Support AM’s to deliver post‑campaign analysis and insights to inform future work.
- Set‑up and oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer and social campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, to a high creative standard and aligned with KPIs.
