WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO?- Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
- Shift the dial from reactive campaigns to long-term brand building.
- Increase pre-booked and corporate revenue streams.
- Unlock the full potential of CRM and data-led marketing.
- Identify new channels, partnerships and collaborations.
- Lead, develop and restructure the existing marketing team.
- Optimise agency and external partner relationships.
- Act as a confident, commercially-minded voice within the senior team.
- Be present in the Manchester head office 3–4 days per week, building strong cross-functional relationships.
- A proven head of marketing or senior marketing leader within an exciting and forward thinking hospitality brand.
- Brand builder with commercial edge.
- Strategic thinker who can still roll their sleeves up.
- Strong communicator – confident working directly with founders.
- Proactive, solutions-led and resource savvy.
