Location:

Manchester City Centre (with travel to Liverpool and other Northwest sites)

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

This role offers real responsibility including ownership of campaigns, marketing initiatives and revenue driving ideas such as events, partnerships and aparthotel activations.

As our portfolio and external services grow, marketing plays a critical role in shaping the LIVINGWAY brand, attracting residents, building partnerships, and positioning us as thought leaders within the Build‑to‑Rent sector.

You will be involved in everything from social media and brand storytelling to property marketing campaigns, PR opportunities, and industry visibility.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Marketing
  • Support the development and delivery of the LIVINGWAY marketing strategy
  • Create engaging marketing content aligned with the LIVINGWAY brand and tone of voice
  • Manage and grow LIVINGWAY’s presence across social platforms including Linked In, Instagram and other digital channels
  • Assist in building the personal brand presence of LIVINGWAY leadership within the property sector
  • Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital assets and campaign content
  • Produce and monitor paid social campaigns
  • Support website updates and digital content development
Property & Leasing Marketing
  • Develop marketing campaigns to attract the right resident demographic to LIVINGWAY communities
  • Manage marketing activity for property listings across portals and digital channels
  • Support leasing teams with campaigns to drive enquiries, viewings and conversions
  • Assist with the promotion of new developments, apartment launches and aparthotel offerings
  • Track marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness
Wellness & Community Marketing
  • Promote LIVINGWAY’s wellness programmes, events and community initiatives
  • Support the promotion of resident events, wellness activations and programming across sites
  • Create campaigns that highlight LIVINGWAY’s wellness‑led living experience
  • Work alongside the Events & Programming Manager to maximise attendance and engagement
  • Take ownership of the marketing and promotion of LIVINGWAY’s aparthotel offering, ensuring strong visibility and consistent bookings across key platforms including Airbnb,  and other short‑stay channels
