As an International Marketing Officer , you will work in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager and International Office colleagues to spearhead and execute dynamic global marketing campaigns.

These campaigns aim to attract prospective students from diverse international backgrounds, harnessing innovative digital tools and creative content strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring the University appeals to students globally while maintaining its commitment to education excellence. By joining MMU’s Future Students Team, you’ll contribute to robust marketing frameworks that span various student levels—from undergraduate (UG) to postgraduate (PG), foundation, and research degrees—while specializing in international outreach and engagement.

Design and Lead Campaigns :
Plan and execute global marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital channels, including paid media, social media, website content, and advertising partnerships. Create Media Content :
Develop engaging visual and written content that resonates with international audiences and assists prospective students in their recruitment journey. Collaborate Strategically :
Work alongside the International Office to align marketing strategies with the University’s overarching internationalisation objectives. Act as a Knowledge Hub :
Serve as a specialist and internal advisor on international marketing activities, ensuring brand integrity and consistency in outreach efforts. Analyze for Success :
Use insights from data analytics to guide decisions, measure campaign performance, and ensure marketing activities are impactful. Ideal Candidate Profile The University is seeking candidates who:
Possess strong digital marketing expertise , including experience with metrics, data analysis, and paid media platforms. Have marketing and project management experience , ideally within an international context, though direct international marketing exposure is desirable but not mandatory. Are an analytical and creative thinker , capable of balancing strategic vision with attention to detail. Can effectively collaborate with colleagues across international and marketing teams.
