Sales Marketing, Marketing Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and car allowance
Accountable for building and strengthening these iconic and well loved brands Shopper Marketing capabilities, systems, and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial teams, and the major Grocery Retailers to create and deliver impactful, engaging shopper communications across our category. Lots of exposure, lots of development!
What you’ll be doing- Lead the delivery of Shopper Marketing within brand plans, translating strategy into high-impact omnichannel retail execution.
- Develop retailer-specific activation plans aligned to budget and promotional guidelines to drive engagement and conversion.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand and sales / commercial teams to bring compelling campaigns, NPD launches, and events to life in-store and online.
- Manage relationships with Agencies, including media negotiations, to maximise ROI and sales impact.
- Co‑manage a Shopper Marketing budget, ensuring profitable, high‑performing brand execution.
- Champion the shopper in all brand and sales initiatives, leveraging data and insights to unlock commercial growth opportunities.
- Proactively shape brand plan development, ensuring campaign messaging translates powerfully into the retail environment.
- Drive innovation by collaborating with retailers on new activation ideas that elevate in‑store presence and category growth.
- Optimise future activity through EPOS analysis and ROI tracking, building tools to measure and predict performance impact.
- Extensive experience delivering Shopper Marketing across both in-store and online channels within an FMCG environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building engagement across complex cross-functional teams.
- Confident negotiator, able to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop proactive, innovative, and insight-led Shopper Marketing plans.
- Highly analytical, leveraging continuous data to inform decision‑making and optimise performance.
