Description
You know all about our high street roots and bricks and mortar stores. Now, we're looking to the future. Since 2021, we've embraced some changes. Debenhams hasn’t made a comeback - we’ve been here since 1778, evolving and adapting to the times. This is Debenhams today – Britain’s Leading Online Department Store. We are more than a department store – we are an institution.
From creating the blueprint for designer collaborations with designers at Debenhams, to launching countless brands and inventing the beauty counter, we’ve consistently shaped the retail landscape. We don’t underestimate the power of our brand or the place we hold in people’s hearts. This is only the beginning of the next chapter for Debenhams. Britain needs Debenhams.....Debenhams needs you!
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Influencer Executive to play a key role in delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, this role will take ownership of campaign execution while supporting strategy, performance optimisation, and junior team members. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, internal stakeholders and external creators to ensure influencer activity drives awareness, engagement, and revenue, while staying true to the Debenhams brand.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and creators across multiple tiers
- Own campaign timelines, budgets, contracts, gifting, and content approvals
- Brief influencers clearly to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content
- Track content usage rights and support paid amplification and whitelisting where required
- Analyse campaign performance and produce clear reporting with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimise influencer strategy based on data, trends, and audience behaviour
- Support and mentor junior team members or executives where applicable
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- 3 years proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally within fashion, beauty, or e‑commerce
- Strong understanding of creator culture, platforms, and performance metrics
- Experience managing influencer relationships, negotiations, and contracts
- Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working with data, reporting tools, and campaign analysis
- Commercial mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach
- You’ll get the opportunity to take part in our various share schemes
- Core hours enable you to flex your working times around your needs on an ad‑hoc basis
- Benefits that support your health and wellbeing
- Up to 40 % discount on all of our brands
- Our social calendar? Next level
- With HQs in Manchester and London and offices across the globe (some dog‑friendly!), we offer a buzzing atmosphere and the boohoo family culture wherever you work
