Location: Ringway
The Hut Group is seeking a Lifecycle CRM Manager to own and optimize the full customer lifecycle for Myprotein. The successful candidate will focus on driving retention and lifetime value through data-led, multi-channel marketing strategies.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to execute CRM campaigns and monitor performance metrics to refine strategies. Strong experience in CRM, analytical skills, and knowledge of marketing automation platforms are essential.
