We put solar companies on steroids by producing high-production video advertisements and running Meta Ads that use those to generate leads.

We need a Media Buyer to help us deliver those campaigns at the highest level for our growing client base.

We've generated over £25M+ for our 50+ clients and need you to help us maintain and improve performance as we scale.

This is a hands‑on campaign management role focused on owning and optimising paid Meta campaigns across a portfolio of solar clients, managing in excess of £100k/mo in combined ad spend.

This is not a strategy-only role — you'll be in the accounts every day, making decisions that directly impact client results.

We're looking for somebody performance‑driven, organised, and comfortable operating  right person should be able to manage accounts independently, act on performance data quickly, and communicate clearly to internal teams without being chased.

We also expect you to actively use AI tools to work smarter — automating repetitive tasks, improving analysis, and getting more leverage from your time.

Long term, this role is intended to grow into a senior media buying position and eventually Head of Media Buying as the business expands.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning day-to-day campaign delivery across a portfolio of Meta ad accounts
  • Launching ads into those campaigns with high converting copy
  • Monitoring performance proactively and implementing campaign changes when CPL exceeds target
  • Delivering weekly CPL updates to the Client Success team every Monday
  • Presenting commercial growth opportunities across accounts to the CS team regularly
  • Using AI tools to improve output, reduce manual work, and increase leverage across your accounts
  • Tracking and completing all weekly tasks in Click Up
  • Working cross-functionally with Creative and Client Success to keep campaigns supported at every stage
What we’re looking for
  • Proven hands‑on experience running Meta ad campaigns independently
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics — CPL, ROAS, scaling efficiency
  • Commercially minded — you think about client profitability, not just platform numbers
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage high volumes of work without things slipping
  • Strong bias for execution — you act first and report back, rather than waiting for direction
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve output and reduce manual work — and curious enough to keep pushing further

We’re not looking for somebody who needs detailed instruction on every decision. This role suits somebody who can move quickly, manage complexity, and operate with a high level of autonomy.
