Impression Digital

As we continue building one of the most exciting integrated PR, social and influencer offerings in the industry, we’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is hungry to learn, eager to get stuck in and excited by the digital world of brands, culture and storytelling.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in digital communications, gaining hands‑on experience creating campaigns designed to earn online attention, build brand visibility and drive real impact. You’ll work alongside a talented team of specialists delivering creative digital PR campaigns that land meaningful coverage, spark conversations and help brands show up where audiences are already paying attention — with opportunities to build experience across social media and influencer activity too.

No two days will look the same. One day you could be pitching a journalist, the next supporting an influencer campaign, helping shape social content ideas, spotting trends online or contributing to creative campaign brainstorms for major brands.

If you’re naturally curious, switched on culturally and excited by how brands show up online — we’d love to hear from you.

Salary £25.5k + (DoE)

At Impression, we believe our people are our greatest asset. That's why we co-create our benefits package alongside our team to support your well‑being, lifestyle, and career growth. Here is a snapshot of what you can expect when you work with us: 4.5 day working week, transparent career and salary progression, comprehensive health and mental well‑being support and enhanced parental leave to name but a few.
