Manchester City is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Executive in Manchester to deliver fan‑focused CRM communications across the Cityzens proposition. You will help build, deploy and optimise lifecycle journeys in Braze, ensuring campaigns are accurate, timely and engaging while strengthening connections with Fans.
Working with Campaigns and Lifecycle colleagues, you’ll manage data selection, segmentation and QA, monitor performance, and contribute ideas to improve processes.
