wWe are looking for a commercially driven Paid Social & Tik Tok Shop Manager to lead paid social strategy and Tik Tok Shop growth for beauty clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, social commerce, and the beauty industr, who understands how to drive both brand visibility and direct revenue across platforms

.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Tik Tok, Meta, and other relevant social channel s, alongside running and growing Tik Tok Shop for beauty brands. You will be responsible for building full-funnel paid strategies, optimizing shop performance, supporting creator and affiliate activity, and turning social content into measurable sales

Key Responsibiliti

  • s.Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, conversion, and revenue growt
  • h.Build audience strategies, testing plans, creative recommendations, and media plans tailored to each beauty client’s goal
  • s.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
  • s.Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure paid social assets are platform-native, performance-led, and aligned with campaign objective
