Job PurposeTo support the MPM Marketing function in execution of MPM brand & innovation administrative tasks.
This role requires someone with energy and a commitment to learn and develop in a marketing role.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership
- Brand Upkeep and Admin:
Support in the addition and maintenance of brand information to MPM’s Product Information Management system - Brand Standards:
Checking of packaging and colour and print proofs - Packaging Copy & Artwork:
Completing pack copy document and checking artwork & proofs to ensure it matches. - Project Support:
Updating PPT presentation decks for project meetings - Uploading briefs to artwork system for ABM and BM, organise internal folders and file assets.
- Maintain:
Management of print proofs & colour charts so they are accessible and organised - Photo Shoot Support:
Proactively help with the pre-production of shoots e.g. managing samples and sending to production house. - Innovation Support: such as packaging FTP uploads, PDF approvals, updating trackers, saving down artwork files.
- Budget administration in support of Marketing team to monitor brand spend.

- Own personal role, development, and career progression within the business, looking for opportunities to grow and develop.
- Analyse WOW’s and suggest new processes using AI or otherwise.
Attention to detail – ensures accurate delivery of information and collateral in a timely and effective manner.
Personal Learning – Seeks feedback and reacts / learns from experience.
Time management – Uses time effectively and efficiently and works well under time pressure and to set deadlines.
Effective Communicator – ability to communicate updates and issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Willingness to take on tasks and work as a team to deliver NPD and Brand communications tools.
- IT literate including use of PowerPoint, word, excel and outlook.
- Highly organised who can prioritise workloads.
- Excellent attention to detail, centred on brand consistency.
- Emerging budget-management skills and proficiency
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
