Creative Studio Graduate
This is a 2 year graduate role within the JD Group Studio Creative team. Designed for a motivated candidate, this is a hands‑on, immersive opportunity that bridges the gap between creative theory and real‑world studio experience.
You’ll be fully embedded within a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment, contributing to work across campaigns, social and digital outputs for one of the UK’s most recognisable sportswear and fashion brands.
This isn’t a passive role. From day one, you’ll collaborate with photographers, videographers, creatives, designers, retouchers and producers to deliver real work.
You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of creative projects, from interpreting briefs and contributing to ideation, through to execution and delivery. With guidance from experienced team members and your manager, you’ll follow a structured two‑year development plan designed to grow both your creative thinking and technical craft — progressing from social channel‑focused content delivery in year one to campaign‑level creative leadership by year two.
