Role Overview

The Events & Partner Marketing Manager plans and delivers high‑impact events and partner co‑marketing programs that build brand credibility and drive measurable leads and pipeline. This role owns end‑to‑end event execution, coordinates integrated partner campaigns, and develops compelling event and partner marketing assets to support overall go‑to‑market objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the events calendar and deliver end‑to‑end execution, including planning, logistics, on‑site coordination, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Build structured event plans with clear objectives, target audience/ICP, messaging, budget, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Regional Marketing, Leadership) and manage external vendors/agencies to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Develop and run integrated event marketing campaigns (pre‑event, onsite, and post‑event) to drive registrations, meetings, and follow‑up engagement.
  • Manage event operations and data flows, including lead capture, attendee lists, meeting scheduling, and post‑event nurture in collaboration with Digital/Marketing Operations.
  • Design, execute, and optimise partner co‑marketing programmes (e.g., joint events, content, email/social promotion, and paid activities) with Tier 1 partners.
  • Define and track event and partner KPIs, producing post‑event reviews and regular performance reports to inform continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain reusable event and partner marketing assets (briefs, email templates, booth collateral, etc.) ensuring consistent brand and messaging across all touchpoints.
About the Candidate
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, with hands‑on ownership of event logistics and campaign delivery.
  • Proven track record coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and managing external vendors or agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, risks, and detailed execution.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with Sales and international teams.
  • Comfortable tracking performance and reporting on event and partner ROI (e.g., leads, opportunities, pipeline).
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting event and partner communications and marketing assets.
  • Experience supporting or running partner co‑marketing programmes would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation and lead capture tools (e.g., Hub Spot) and basic UTM tracking would be beneficial.
