THG Ingenuity is seeking an ambitious CRM professional to lead CRM campaigns across our brands. You will manage day-to-day CRM activities, mentor the Email Executive team, and drive customer retention through lifecycle-focused programmes.
A data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder communication are essential. You will work with an in-house creative team to execute campaigns and contribute to weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, supporting strategic growth across our portfolio.
