THG is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager for Myprotein within THG Nutrition, to own and optimise the full customer lifecycle across CRM channels, driving retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value through data-led, multi-channel marketing at scale.
You will lead lifecycle ownership from acquisition to reactivation, develop personalised journeys, plan campaigns across email, SMS, push and on-site messaging, and collaborate with brand, marketing and ecommerce to hit revenue targets.
