MAG is seeking a CRM Executive to deliver engaging, data-driven customer communications across its portfolio of brands. Reporting to the CRM Lead, you’ll execute and optimise campaigns that drive engagement, increase retention and generate revenue, across email and other CRM channels.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Content, Analytics and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs, using audience segmentation and dynamic content to refine journeys
