Marketing Manager

LT Talent has partnered with a leading consumer goods business to recruit a Marketing Manager to join its growing brand and marketing team.

Driven by growth, new brand launches and exciting business ventures, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking.

Working closely with the Head of Brand, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across a diverse product portfolio, supporting brand growth, customer presentations, product launches and wider commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer and brand presentation decks
• Deliver commercially focused marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Support new product launches and brand development projects
• Collaborate with Commercial, Design and E-commerce teams
• Support CRM, digital marketing and e-commerce activities
• Identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness and business growth

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role
• A commercially minded marketer with strong brand awareness
• Knowledge of Shopify, CRM, digital marketing and e-commerce
• A hands‑on approach with a willingness to get involved in delivery
• Creative, entrepreneurial and commercially savvy mindset
• Ability to think outside the box and maximise marketing budgets effectively
