Social Commerce Executive (Tiktok Shop

With a strong reputation for trend-led, affordable products and an impressive track record of success across social commerce, they're now looking for a Social Commerce Executive to help accelerate the next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious business where you'll have genuine ownership, the chance to shape strategy, and a direct influence on a rapidly expanding revenue channel.

• Manage the day-to-day operation and growth of the Tik Tok Shop.
• Optimise product listings, promotions and campaign performance.
• Source and manage affiliate creators to drive sales.
• Work with agency partners to deliver successful live shopping events.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with Tik Tok and internal stakeholders to maximise results.
• Ensure platform compliance and stay ahead of Tik Tok trends and updates.

• Hands-on experience managing Tik Tok Shop.
• 2–3 years' experience in eCommerce / social commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Tik Tok trends, live shopping or retail brands is advantageous.
