Get Ground is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale its customer acquisition strategy and paid engine. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end growth across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging channels, with budget ownership and cross-functional influence across Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Commercial teams.
The role requires hands-on performance marketing expertise, strong commercial thinking, and a track record of shaping company-wide growth strategy.
