THG Beauty is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the CRM function across the UK and Ireland. You will drive customer engagement, retention and commercial performance by delivering email and push notification strategies, automation journeys and monthly activation plans.
You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager, build strong cross‑functional relationships and coach a high‑performing CRM team during maternity cover, ensuring campaigns meet brand standards and timelines.
