Communications Specialist - Well Pharmacy

This is a pivotal role providing design, administrative and coordination support to the Retail Communications Manager, helping to ensure communications are delivered smoothly, efficiently and consistently across the business. You will play a key role in managing our communications tracker and calendar, working with stakeholders across the business, creating and proofing content, managing communication channels and sourcing engaging stories from our retail teams.

You will also take ownership of our Opus colleague communications platform, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and delivered in line with our communications governance and agreed timelines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, has a strong eye for detail and can turn complex information into clear, engaging communications that make a real difference to colleagues.

• Take ownership of the communications tracker on , ensuring it is accurate, up to date and effectively supports the communications calendar and content schedule.
• Support the Retail Communications Manager in turning complex information into simple, clear and engaging content.
• Support the Retail Communications Manager with ad hoc communications requests and additional projects as required.
