Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Salary: £30,000 | 6-Month Contract About the Role Shape the voice. Engage people. Bring culture to life. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and people-focused Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team on a six-month contract. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and partnering with the People Team, this newly created role will support internal communications, colleague engagement, employer branding, and people-focused marketing campaigns across the organisation.

You will play an important role in helping colleagues feel informed, connected, recognised, and valued throughout their employee journey, while also supporting recruitment marketing activity designed to attract high-quality talent. What You'll Do Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Support the delivery of the internal communications and employee engagement strategy.

Coordinate and maintain the internal communications calendar, ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and engaging. Create compelling content, including newsletters, colleague stories, leadership messages, blogs, announcements, and internal campaigns. Turn organisational updates, business priorities, and people initiatives into clear and engaging communications. Support initiatives that encourage two-way communication, feedback, recognition, and celebration. Promote wellbeing initiatives, colleague benefits, learning opportunities, and organisational campaigns.

Monitor engagement metrics and colleague feedback to help continuously improve communications. Ensure communications consistently reflect organisational values, culture, and brand identity. Colleague Platform Management Manage and maintain the internal colleague platform. Create and publish news, recognition stories, wellbeing content, colleague updates, and organisational announcements. Ensure content remains current, relevant, accessible, and engaging. Identify opportunities to increase colleague participation and engagement across the platform.

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Support recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract and retain talented colleagues. Create engaging content showcasing organisational culture, career opportunities, colleague experiences, and development pathways. Work closely with recruitment and People Team colleagues to strengthen the organisation's employer brand. Develop colleague stories, testimonials, and employer brand content for recruitment campaigns. Content Creation & Creative Design You will be a key contributor to content creation across internal and people-focused marketing campaigns.

This will include designing and producing high-quality marketing assets such as:
Recruitment adverts Social media graphics Posters and campaign materials Event branding Promotional and digital collateral Social Media & Campaign Management Support the delivery of people and culture content across social media channels. Create engaging content highlighting colleague achievements, career opportunities, events, and organisational culture. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement. Support community management by responding to comments and messages where appropriate.

Events Coordinate and support recruitment events, careers fairs, conferences, colleague engagement activities, and launch events. Assist with event planning, logistics, promotional communications, and post-event reporting. Support on-site activity where required, ensuring all materials are professionally delivered and aligned with brand standards.
