- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
- Build relationships with creators and partners for UGC and collaborations
- Monitor health, wellness and longevity content trends and act on them quickly
- Handle comments, DMs and everyday community engagement
- Flag recurring questions or friction to the wider team
- Work with the Growth Lead on boosted content, creative performance and organic‑to‑paid insights
- Support Tik Tok Shop and other organic‑commerce features as they launch
- Track engagement and performance across channels
- Test content formats, hooks and posting cadence
- Report on social contribution to awareness, traffic and conversion
- 1-3 years in social or content, ideally at a DTC, subscription or health and wellness brand
- Hands‑on ability to shoot and edit content yourself
- Clear sense of what stops the scroll and ability to explain why
- Comfort moving between platforms with different native tones and formats
- Understanding of how organic and paid social work together
- Fluency with AI tools for scripting, editing, research and ideation
- Strong written voice and comfort handling DMs and comments
- Self‑direction to build a function largely on your own
