Growth Marketing Manager

Creative independent agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join it's expanding team! Hybrid working.

This would suit someone who has previous agency experience within a Growth or New Business Development role, ideally focusing on Brand and/or B2B Marketing. You'll feel passionately about experiential and/or social activation's and be able to talk commercially & comprehensively around these areas.

Working in collaboration with the Creative Team, you'll be creating content which is suited & linked to the specialist areas of the agency. You'll have an opinion and a point-of-view on topics related to the business and industry they sit within. This will result in growing an audience & engagement from the key people that matter, generating new business leads and converting these into the partners & clients of the future.

Retail, footwear, fashion, brand marketing & culture are the main specialist areas for this agency - so any experience within these areas would be a distinct advantage. You'll attend networking events, awards, guest speaker events and other relevant industry related events to build strong working relationships with the future potential clients for the agency.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are key to this role. It requires someone who is happy to go out and present in front of Senior Leaders, pitch & present to them and take questions from the floor while providing solutions.
