Growth Lead – Stride

• Own profitable acquisition, conversion and retention funnels end to end
• Define precisely who Stride is for and the problems it solves across the customer journey
• Test positioning and commercial messaging for UK and US audiences
• Brief and direct creative from in-house and external partners
• Develop paid media strategy across Meta and Google with agency partners
• Build in-house paid-media capability on a defined timeline
• Diversify acquisition through affiliate, creator, podcast, partnership and Tik Tok Shop channels
• Own blended CAC, channel mix and payback across the UK and US
• Adapt the funnel, positioning and channel mix for the US launch while understanding health-product marketing regulations
• Own subscription retention across onboarding, engagement, renewal, win-back and cancellation
• Build the Klaviyo CRM programme, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back and referral flows
• Own renewal and cancellation-flow logic in Skio
• Own net churn and LTV across annual memberships and supplement subscriptions
• Optimize conversion across the headless Shopify site
• Run testing across landing pages, pricing, packaging, checkout and one-off-to-membership migration
• Build reporting connecting spend to cohort behavior
• Deliver results measured by blended CAC and payback, net churn, revenue contribution and conversion rates

• 4+ years in growth for DTC or subscription consumer brands, ideally health, nutrition or wellness
• At least one stint at a startup or scaleup
• Deep experience in either paid media or lifecycle CRM, with hands-on experience in the other
• Fluency in subscription metrics including cohorts, churn, payback and contribution margin
• Track record of building a channel, market or programme from nothing
• Experience leading customer definition, positioning and messaging
• Ability to turn budget allocation questions into a defensible plan within a week
• Hands-on ability to build models, design tests and analyze data
• Ability to work creatively within regulatory guardrails for health-product marketing
• Ability to pitch, negotiate and manage commercial relationships
• Working fluency with AI tooling
• Strong written communication
• Experience with Meta, Google and emerging channels such as Tik Tok
• Advanced familiarity with Shopify, Skio, Klaviyo and Triple Whale
• Bonus: US market entry for a consumer health or wellness brand and familiarity with claim rules; subscription business renewal cohorts; headless Shopify, Skio or Recharge; affiliate or creator programmes; quiz- or diagnostic-led acquisition funnels; geo holdouts, incrementality and basic SQL

Demonstrates expertise in managing acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels for subscription-based consumer brands, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance in health-product marketing. Proficient in developing and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Meta and Google, while leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
