The Creative Composite is a small digital & creative marketing agency based in Manchester specialising in supporting dental practices. We provide strategic digital marketing services alongside consultancy to help practices refine their market positioning and achieve sustainable growth.

The person for this role

We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who’s eager to take ownership, manage multiple projects with confidence, and bring fresh, creative thinking to everything they do. If you’re naturally curious, organised, have the ability to manage multiple creative projects, enjoy creating, and want to turn that into real impact for clients, you’ll fit right in!

Some of the bits you’ll be responsible for include:

• Develop and execute captivating social campaigns that align with the client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create with the support of production team compelling content, including eye-catching visuals, engaging videos and Witty Captions in line with the client’s tone of voice, with an aim to captivate our audience and spark engaging conversations.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, optimising the posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media engagement and cultivate an engaged audience that reflects our client’s values and personality.
• Analyse social media performance metrics with an eye to increasing brand awareness for the company. Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continued improvement.
• Writing scripts for social media and meta ad content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform/algorithm updates and industry best practices in order to stay ahead of the game.

The stuff you already know that’s going to make you great at this role:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality, health, lifestyle or entertainment industry.
• Have a deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features and algorithms.
• You have strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box that’ll enable you to create unique and engaging content.
• Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools to measure and track performance.
• Experience of working with editors, managing contractors, and clients.
• A passion for the health industry and a curiosity to explore new ways to connect with our audience.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook.
• An enthusiastic team player with a resilient and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to travel & get stuck in!
