We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team at Brand

This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely understands paid media and cares about what happens beyond clicks, impressions and platform metrics. We want someone who enjoys getting into the data, finding opportunities and turning advertising budgets into measurable results.
You’ll take ownership of paid media performance across a varied portfolio of clients, planning, building and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social.
Our Client Success team manages the day‑to‑day client relationship, giving you more time to focus on strategy, performance, and improving campaigns.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Planning, building and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen and You Tube
- Planning, building and optimising Paid Social campaigns, primarily across Meta
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring spend is being used effectively
- Carrying out keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis
- Continually analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, bidding and campaign structure
- Working with our creative team to develop stronger advertising creative
- Reviewing landing pages and recommending improvements that could increase conversion rates
- Setting up, testing and maintaining conversion tracking
- Working confidently with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Producing clear performance insights and recommendations for our Client Success team
- Contributing to campaign strategies, forecasts and client reviews
- Keeping up to date with changes across advertising platforms, automation, AI and measurement
- Managing multiple client accounts, budgets and priorities at the same time
You’re naturally curious about why campaigns perform the way they do.
You don’t simply accept the recommendations an advertising platform gives you. You look at the data, understand the client’s objectives and make informed decisions about what should happen next.
You’ll Need- A minimum of two years’ commercial paid media experience
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and advertising budgets simultaneously
- A solid understanding of GA4
- Experience using Google Tag Manager
- A good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and measurement
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- An understanding of landing pages, conversion journeys and CRO principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- The confidence to explain performance, opportunities and recommendations clearly
- A genuine interest in paid media, digital marketing and the technology changing our industry
Agency experience is strongly preferred. We’ll also consider exceptional candidates with substantial in‑house paid media experience and the ability to work across multiple brands and priorities.
