Digital Marketing, Brand Ambassadors & Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Social Media Marketing
This is a beauty brand that scaled from two lash technicians to Europe’s number one lash label, now retailing across more than 90 countries. Its founder-led and still building its brand marketing function from the ground up. That’s the reason this role exists.
The RoleYou are the hands-on engine of the brand’s output. When there’s a brand moment – a product launch, a seasonal campaign, a collaboration – you build the framework and the story, then orchestrate the operating teams (CRM, organic, influencer, social) to bring it to life. You don’t just deliver one channel, you coordinate all of them.
You’ll work closely with the in‑house creative studio, briefing and shaping work rather than managing external agencies at arm’s length. You’ll run campaigns on Shopify and collaborate with ecommerce and new product development as the brand extends across direct-to-consumer and major retail partners.
The Package£38,000 – £43,000
Hybrid working: three days a week in the office
- 25 days holiday
- Enhanced pension
- Healthcare benefits
You’re around two to three years into brand marketing, ideally with beauty and specifically lash experience: category fluency here genuinely puts you ahead. You’ve had real exposure to product launches, events, CRM, organic, influencer and social, with some grasp of the performance side.
You’re comfortable with Shopify and briefing an in‑house creative team, and you’ve worked somewhere hands‑on delivery was unavoidable, so a lean, fast-moving brand feels familiar rather than daunting.
