Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a creative, culturally aware and commercially minded
Social Media & Campaign Lead
to take ownership of our social media presence and deliver engaging, integrated marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate must have experience working within the fashion industry, ideally within streetwear, menswear or a closely related lifestyle brand. You’ll have a strong understanding of fashion culture, consumer behaviour and the content that resonates with style-conscious audiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive who is ready to step into a lead role. You’ll manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of social content and campaigns, turning brand and commercial objectives into relevant, distinctive activity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the social media strategy and content calendar across all relevant platforms.
  • Plan and deliver brand, product, collection and seasonal campaigns from brief through to launch and evaluation.
  • Develop social-first concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and position within fashion and culture.
  • Create campaign plans, timelines, creative briefs and channel-specific content.
  • Produce, commission and edit engaging written, visual and short-form video content.
  • Support the planning and delivery of collection launches, collaborations, events and retail activations.
  • Work closely with the creative, e-commerce, design, merchandising and wider marketing teams.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every channel.
  • Manage community engagement and build relationships with the brand’s audience.
  • Identify relevant trends and conversations across fashion, streetwear, menswear, music and youth culture.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, models, stylists, agencies, influencers and content creators.
  • Build authentic relationships with creators, tastemakers and relevant cultural communities.
  • Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring and optimisation.
  • Track campaign and channel performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Produce regular reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and developments within the fashion and streetwear markets.
  • Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, platform requirements and relevant advertising regulations.
About you

You will have:

  • Proven social media, content or campaign experience within the fashion industry.
  • A strong understanding of fashion, streetwear and menswear audiences.
  • Genuine awareness of emerging brands, designers, collaborations, creators and cultural trends.
  • Experience planning and delivering product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • A strong visual eye and the ability to judge whether content feels authentic and on-brand.
  • Experience creating and commissioning photography and short-form video.
  • Confidence working with creative teams, agencies, influencers and content creators.
  • A good understanding of organic and paid social media.
  • Experience using analytics to evaluate performance and improve future activity.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • The ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership.
What success looks like

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver culturally relevant, well-executed campaigns on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Strengthen the brand’s credibility and visibility within the fashion and streetwear space.
  • Increase meaningful engagement, reach and audience growth across priority channels.
  • Build stronger connections with customers, creators and relevant communities.
  • Use audience insight and performance data to improve future content and campaigns.
  • Support commercial goals through effective product storytelling and campaign delivery.
What we offer
  • A creative environment where you can take ownership, contribute ideas and progress towards a management position.
  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • A convenient location with excellent transport links.
  • Opportunities to travel internationally for brand activities, campaign shoots and events.
  • Clothing allowance.
  • Attendance at fashion shows, launches, festivals and industry events.
