Senior E-Commerce Executive - Fashion brand - SHOPIFY Manchester
Our client a successful D2C fashion brand based in Manchester are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to join their team and report to their Trading Manager.
Duties and responsibilities :Product & Content Management
- Own product setup in Shopify, working closely with Merchandising, Buying and Brand teams to ensure products are launched ahead of stock arrival.
- Manage SKU creation, imagery uploads, product copy and attribute enrichment.
- Maintain product categorisation, navigation and collection structures.
- Update and maintain campaign content, landing pages and category pages in line with the trading calendar.
- Coordinate content refreshes for launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and brand activity.
- Ensure website content is accurate, on-brand and optimised for conversion.
- Execute merchandising plans across categories, including product sequencing, collection curation and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support promotional setup and implementation across the website.
- Produce weekly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and key insights.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing changes and opportunities.
- Highlight issues and opportunities to the wider ecommerce team.
- Own daily, weekly and monthly trading performance, identifying opportunities and risks across key KPIs including revenue, conversion, AOV and margin.
- Deliver actionable trading insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead weekly trading reviews and performance reporting.
- Own the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, launches and key trading periods.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver trading plans on time and to target.
- Manage promotional strategy, campaign planning and trading priorities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion rate, customer journey and basket value.
- Lead A/B testing and optimisation initiatives.
- Monitor site performance and prioritise improvements with internal teams and external partners.
- Define category merchandising strategies based on performance, stock position and commercial priorities.
- Provide direction and guidance on product placement, category structure and promotional visibility.
- Act as the key point of contact between Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Brand teams.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Support and mentor Ecommerce Executives, ensuring best practice and development within the team.
