Social Media Account Director - Manchester (Hybrid) - £45k-£52k Join an independent, growing specialist communications agency. You'll get to work with market-leading brands in a collaborative team. Role:
Cultivate strong client relationships, providing expert counsel on PR, social media, and integrated communications. Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning strategies that affect real change in audience behaviour. Ensure a high quality of innovative, creative work is delivered to client timescales and KPIs. Manage, mentor, and coach a team of communications specialists for day-to-day operations and development.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organic and new business proposals. Champion strategic, forward-thinking campaigns across earned, shared, and owned media.

About you:

Several years' agency experience leading a variety of accounts across multiple sectors. In-depth knowledge of traditional and social media landscapes, plus influencer engagement. Experienced in stakeholder management and running consumer communications strategies. Comfortable managing, motivating, and guiding teams while nurturing internal talent.
