**** Purpose of the Role
** This role is critical in the day-to-day running of the account & a key lead in delivering brilliant communications planning, with the support of a Planning Manager in delivering and supporting the end-to-end campaign process for our clients – including brand, product launch, seasonal and tactical volume-driving campaigns. Moreover, this role will be required to build a productive and successful relationship with our clients’ partner agencies.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Responsible for championing iProspect’s experimentation agenda and using our Media++ planning process to deliver effective & forward-looking communications plans alongside outstanding client service.
* Responsible for campaign planning across client’s brand, product and tactical campaigns.
* Ensuring deliver excellence in all aspects of the end-to-end campaign process.
* Working closely with strategists and teams across all specialist channels so that all work we deliver for our clients is of the highest standard and that is upheld throughout the team.
* Directly manage the planning team members below you (Planning Manager) and take responsibility & care for their career development
* Operational and financial accuracy are critical to this role in terms of ensuring our clients budgets and plans are well managed and that we have POs and bill on time.
** Qualifications + Skills
*** Proven expertise in a similar role, with strong strategic thinking and key stakeholder management experience.
* Experience of creating and leading commercially sound digital media plans across multiple channel activations.
* Deep understanding of performance data and analytics – including Paid Search and Paid Social in particular.
* Strong people management and leadership skills and ability to create collaborative relationships both internally and externally with clients.
** It would also be nice for you to have
*** A keen interest in the fashion/retail ecommerce market.
* Experience in both brand and performance advertising.

* The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2-3 days per week.
