Fully Remote Part time
Wisemium is looking for a creative, organised and detail focused Digital Content, Website & Marketing Executive to support the management of its website, affiliate content, blog, email campaigns and social media channels. The successful candidate will combine strong Word Press experience with content writing, social media management, email marketing, graphic design and short video creation.
Key responsibilities- Update comparison tables with current prices and provider information
- Add and update provider offers, promotions and customer incentives
- Remove expired or outdated offers promptly
- Update provider details and product information
- Maintain Partner Spotlight content
- Check affiliate links and identify issues
- Verify offers before publication
- Maintain accurate content across website pages
- Test links and content after updates
- Update existing Word Press pages
- Maintain comparison tables and website content
- Publish and update blog articles
- Upload and manage images and media
- Maintain page formatting and consistency
- Carry out routine Word Press content management
- Report website issues when required
- Research and write clear blog articles
- Format and publish approved articles
- Add featured images
- Maintain categories and tags
- Add internal links
- Update older articles when information changes
- Follow the Wisemium tone of voice
- Complete basic page SEO checks
- Create content for Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
- Design graphics for offers, campaigns and announcements
- Create short promotional videos and reels
- Create Partner Spotlight content
- Turn website articles and offers into social content
- Schedule and publish posts
- Maintain consistent branding
- Monitor basic content performance
- Create and format email campaigns
- Write newsletters and promotional emails
- Schedule campaigns
- Maintain email content and templates
- Monitor basic campaign performance
- Create branded social media graphics
- Design promotional materials
- Create campaign assets
- Adapt graphics for different platforms
- Create and edit short promotional videos
- Follow Wisemium brand guidelines
- Maintain internal links
- Identify suitable directories and resource listings
- Do not use spam links, bulk backlink purchasing or automated link schemes
- Strong practical Word Press experience
- Strong graphic design skills
- Ability to create short promotional videos
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet access and suitable equipment
