Communications Manager

Join a Business Transformation Journey

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting a major business transformation and rebrand programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver impactful internal communications. You will help ensure colleagues remain informed, engaged and confident throughout a period of organisational change.

The successful candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong organisational ability and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

* Support the development and delivery of internal communications and employee engagement strategies.

* Create, coordinate and distribute communications across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging.

* Produce high-quality presentations, briefing materials, FAQs, guidance documents and other communication content.

* Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, workshops, roadshows and Q&A sessions.

* Manage and update content across the company intranet and internal communication platforms.

* Maintain communication resources, including employee guidance materials and frequently asked questions.

* Develop clear and user-friendly guides to support changes in systems, processes, templates and digital tools.

* Manage communication schedules, distribution lists and audience segmentation to ensure effective message delivery.

* Assist in the planning and delivery of business change, transformation and launch communications.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information and support communication activities.

* Provide support with programme reporting, updates and stakeholder communications.:

Essential Experience & Skills

* Previous experience within communications, internal communications, employee engagement or marketing.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

* Experience creating engaging content across a variety of communication channels.

* Proven ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Desirable Experience

* Experience supporting business transformation, change management or organisational development programmes.

* Experience engaging both office-based and operational work forces.

* Experience with in engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities or technical services environments.
