As we expand into the UK, we’re looking for a talented Customer Success Manager with a strong understanding of the UK media landscape, excellent client management skills, and a passion for building productive media owner relationships.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with both advertisers and media owners, ensuring they get maximum value from the Buymedia platform.

You’ll combine strategic client guidance with hands-on support — helping clients use the platform to plan, trade, and negotiate effectively. With a strong grasp of the UK media market, you’ll be a trusted partner to clients and a key link between commercial, product, and media owner teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertisers, agencies, and media owners.
• Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and translate these into effective platform strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on media planning, buying, and negotiation best practices.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure clients fully adopt and benefit from Buymedia.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK media owners across broadcast, digital, print, OOH and audio.
• Liaise with media owners on rate structures, trading terms, and value optimisation across channels.
• Ensure accurate representation of media owner data, rate cards, and deals within the platform.

• Deliver campaign performance insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support rate negotiations and help clients benchmark value using market insights.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
• Track client usage, performance, and feedback to continuously improve platform experience.
• Support internal reporting and revenue tracking through accurate commercial documentation.

• 3+years’ experience in media— ideally in a media agency, publisher, or platform environment.
• Solid understanding of the UK media landscape and trading dynamics across multiple channels.
• Experience managing client and media owner relationships with a commercial focus.
• Strong negotiation and rate management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, organised, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment.
