We’re working with a strategic digital & comms agency in central Manchester to find a Paid Media Lead. They focus on solving problems for their clients rather than running high volumes of accounts, so this role is about doing the work well and owning the results.

You’ll manage paid media across a portfolio of client accounts, mainly Google and Meta. You’ll be the day to day expert for your clients: across their data, spotting issues early, explaining performance clearly and bringing recommendations on where their budget should go next.

• Plan, build, manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns
• Own targeting, measurement, conversion tracking and attribution set up on your accounts
• Analyse performance and turn the numbers into clear, practical recommendations
• Keep clients informed on spend, return and what’s changing in their accounts
• Act as the go to person for your clients on all things paid media

• Hands on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Strong technical knowledge of tracking, measurement and attribution
• Confidence presenting data and recommendations to clients in plain English
• Agency experience is preferred
• Someone who can work at pace while keeping quality high
