Marketing Operations Manager

I’m working with a global compliance and business services (SAAS) specialist that supports SMEs with a range of essential services across multiple business areas. The role is based on the South Side of Manchester and would need a minimum of 3 days a week in the offices.

With consistent, year-on-year double-digit growth, the business has continued to expand its central marketing function and is now looking to strengthen its marketing operations, improving efficiency and the delivery of marketing activity across the group.

This is a key role focused on making marketing work smarter, faster and more effectively
. You’ll oversee the flow of marketing projects from initial brief through to delivery, managing priorities, resources, capacity and deadlines across multiple businesses and marketing teams.

You’ll also lead a team of around seven people working across priority campaigns and marketing activity, helping coordinate delivery and ensure resources are focused on the right areas.

A major part of the role will involve identifying opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate duplication and use AI, automation and marketing technology to improve efficiency and increase delivery capacity.

You’ll be highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing competing priorities and senior stakeholders, with a genuine interest in using AI and technology to improve how marketing teams operate.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape and improve marketing operations within a growing international group, building scalable processes that support its continued growth.
