You will work closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams, while overseeing a small marketing function and helping shape the company's presence across digital channels, events and product launches. This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background who is confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Hub Spot, and enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery.

The Role:

Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy in line with wider commercial objectives Manage and optimise Hub Spot CRM, marketing automation, campaigns and customer journeys Drive lead generation and improve the quality and conversion of marketing leads Develop targeted email campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs and lead nurturing journeys Manage customer data, segmentation and CRM governance to maximise commercial opportunities Create and oversee engaging content across social media, digital channels and marketing collateral Support go-to-market strategies for new products, services and commercial initiatives

The Person :
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing position Hub Spot expereince Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within an engineering, energy, technology or industrial environment Reference: BBBH 27257 .
