Outreach Community and Residential services, was originally formed over 40 years ago, as a service for young people from within the Jewish community.

However, Outreach now provide person centred holistic support to adult service users who identify with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs; from all faiths, beliefs and denominations; across all sections of the wider community.

Outreach builds support around each person; in recognising that everyone is an individual; with needs and wishes that are different from each other.

Outreach, through its staff (employees and volunteers), support, facilitate and empower individuals, to make their own choices. In for example, being active, contributing, engaging and in trying new things.

All in and towards leading happy, fruitful, fulfilling and productive life; within their own CQC registered and inspected small shared living environments; with each other; and within the wider generic community.

These services and volunteering opportunities will also be greatly enhanced from Spring 2019, with the opening of our brand-new Outreach hub, in Radcliffe town centre.

So why not join us, and "Become the difference that makes the difference".

QUALITY FOCUSED VOLUNTEERING WITH OUTREACH.

Whether YOU have a few hours to spare each week; are able to use YOUR skills and expertise in a one off activity and/or event. Or; you are looking for a longer term volunteering role.

As an Outreach volunteer; you too could be empowering and supporting Outreach service users in the promotion of an independent lifestyle; and in facilitating many more activities, in respect of and in relation to the individual choices of service users.

As an Outreach volunteer; we recognise that modern contemporary volunteering is a two-way, win-win process; and as such; we also aim to meet your needs, wants and desires; based upon your personal drivers.
