Associate Manager (Student Societies and Schools)
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools) to join our team based in Manchester . The role will be worked on a full-time basis in the Office. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of a fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role.

As Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools), t he Associate Manager supports the development and execution of fundraising strategies to secure financial resources that advance the organisation’s mission. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager and wider team, this role helps cultivate donor relationships, coordinate fundraising campaigns and events in universities and student societies, and manage s communications. The Associate Manager plays a key role in ensuring fundraising targets are met through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools) :
- Promote and wholly adhere to the fundraising code of conduct and best practice by understanding its ruling and conducting FR events within its parameters in order to safeguard HA, maintain high professional standards and maintain HA’s public image.
- Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with current/potential donors, charity partners, organizations and businesses nationally, via community networking (face to face and social media) and creating a regular presence within respected regions across the UK, in order to establish trust, help secure donations and promote awareness across a wide range of target markets.
- Education
- Minimum GCSE Mathematics, English. Ideally educated to degree level. - Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in similar post, proven track record of project and events management with a minimum of 2 years experience. - Essential Criteria
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office, Social Media, Donor Management systems. English Language Essebtial. - Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Gujrati, Hindi, Punjabi an advantage.
