Locum Chronic Disease Nurse

Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery in Manchester and require a Chronic Disease specialist Practice Nurse for a long term locum position.

The ideal nurse will be fully experienced in COPD, CHD, Diabetes, IHD all chronic diseases. Treatment Room skill sets such as Cytology, Baby immunisations, Travel Health, Wound care, Leg Ulcers and Phlebotomy are desirable.

We are looking for a nurse with a GP surgery background and a separate qualification in Asthma and Diabetes.

This role offers a lucrative rate of pay as well as a one to one consultancy,

Requirements:

• NMC Registration and Pin
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
• Chronic Disease Management
