• Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
• Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in leading teams
• Good understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to support both clinical delivery and operational oversight

• Support the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
• Maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance
• Supervise and support nursing and care staff in practice
• Assist with audits, care planning and clinical governance
• Step in to lead shifts and support management where required
• Contribute to maintaining CQC standards and inspection readiness
