LPN Care Navigator — Trauma Center & Patient Care

Lakeland Regional Health-Florida is seeking an LPN to provide essential nursing care and support for patients in a clinical environment. You'll engage with patients and their families to ensure understanding of care plans and facilitate access to needed services.
